Quality Education for Sustainable Development is a national charitable organization established on May 2007 in Ethiopia ,Tigray , Mekelle to achieve the following strategic objective in Tigray and Affar region.
Strategic Objectives
- To advocate for inclusive space in quality education, child protection, gender equality, the rights to education and consequently ensure democratic arena.
- Improved equitable access to, and participation in, quality education at all levels,
- Support educational material, furniture and equipment to schools
- Ensures a healthy, hygienic, and safe learning environment, by strengthen the participation of local communities in improving Environment protection, water and sanitation management.
- Conducting Educational research and capacity building training to improve quality education.
Our thematic interventions
We as QESDO our major thematic areas of interventions are on education ,health and protections with school rehabilitation and and enhance quality education , community engagement in the school system , inclusive and special education non-formal education , existing school with WASH facilities , gender and inclusion , supply of education materials and equipments , capacity building training , advocacy and human right , GBV ,PSEA ,PSS and PFA ,early childhood care , science and technology , peace building , education research and health services.
